Holy Grail

Hump day, hump day! My morning started off  way earlier than usual today, but I got a really good three miler in. I forgot how much I love running in University City. With all the hospitals and med schools up there, the selection of cute boys in scrubs wandering around is oh so plentiful. That definitely made for some good motivation when I felt like my lungs were going to give in. After I finished running, I headed over to my gym’s University City location and did a Spartan workout. I posted a while ago about Spartan workouts and how they are a serious butt kicker. Today’s was no exception. Here’s what it looked like:


  • Max out push ups
  • Max out  sit ups
  • 25 burpees
  • 2 minute rest
  • 1 mile run
  • 30-20-10 hand release push ups
  • 30-20-10 air squats
  • 1 mile run
  • 21-15-9 burpees
  • 1 mile run
  • 2 minute plank

I don’t think I have to say this, but I was donezo afterwards. Welp, high-five yous guys, because we’re half way through the week. Get out there and sweat something fierce.
