Teach You To Fly

Morning loves! My day started bright and early with a 35 minute tempo run. It’s been so cool in the mornings for the past week. I’m hoping this weather stays because it sure feels good. After I got done running, I headed straight to the gym. Over the weekend I chatted with some old cheer friends and put together a conditioning routine for me to mix into my workout schedule. I’m also getting back into yoga (taking a Hot Box class tonight!) to get my flexibility back. I’m so excited. I love a good challenge. Here’s what I worked on today:IMG_4483
  • Lunges: 20 each leg, 3 sets
  • Squats: 30 reps, 3 sets
  • Wall sits: 1 minute, 3 sets
  • Handstand push ups: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Arm circles: 100 backwards, 100 forwards
  • Pike push ups: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Handstand holds: 1 minute, 3 sets
  • Hollow hold:  1 minute, 3 sets
  • Superman: 1 minute, 3 sets

Nothing makes me happier than dirty knees from a good workout. Go and get your sweat on!
