IMG_4490Happy Labor Day! It’s hard to believe that summer is officially over. It seems like just yesterday I was writing about my plans for Memorial Day. This summer has been a whirlwind of birthdays, country concerts, beach trips, and lots of nights rocking on the porch. It was one that I will never ever forget. But as amazing as this summer has been, I’m SO ready for fall. Cool weather, college football, comfy sweaters, and everything pumpkin spice. And with fall approaching, I decided to set some goals for myself.

  1. Run more. I want to get back to running at least 4 days a week. There may have only been a few handfuls of good running days this summer and I hated it. I don’t feel like myself when I don’t run, so promising myself to run at least 4 days a week once the weather cools down will definitely help keep my mind clear.
  2. Drink less. Summer took a little bit of a toll on my liver and my wallet. I think it’s time to cut back on the bottles and start drinking lots more pumpkin spice lattes water.
  3. Stop worrying. It may sound like a silly goal, but I really need to stop worrying so much. I’m such a worrywart and drive myself (and maybe a few others) completely crazy. I guess I should start getting back into yoga. I’m sure that would be a big help.
