Bruises

Woot woot it’s Friday! This week was stupid busy, so I’m definitely ready for some down time. I have zero plans except to spend some serious time in the sun, on a porch, with my feet up. Aside from Restaurant Week on Monday, nothing too exciting happened. Kinda disappointing, right? Let’s take a look at my training this week:

  • Monday: Circuits and light AM cardio
  • Tuesday: Yoga in the AM and 3 miles in the PM
  • Wednesday: 40 minute tempo run (3.45 miles)
  • Thursday: Yoga in the AM and 3 miles in the PM
  • Friday: Cross-training
  • Saturday: 6 miles
  • Sunday: 3 slow, recovery miles

I’ve been running my shorter, weekly runs at my old race pace (completely surprised myself with how fast that happened), so now I’m just working to get my long runs up. Woo! I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!
