Ahhhh yes. It definitely is sweater weather. And although I am utterly obsessed with this song, I’m also utterly obsessed with this weather! My mama is coming down today to drop off alllll my fall sweaters and I am beyond thrilled that they will be waiting for me when I get home from work! It’s time to wrap up another week of training. Here’s what I did:
- Monday: Strength training. I did this circuit in the AM.
- Tuesday: 3 miles+1 hour yoga
- Wednesday: 6x400s around the track
- Thursday: 3.5 miles+30 minutes yoga
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: 7 miles
- Sunday: Yoga
Oh and can I just say that I can’t express how much I appreciate the love that my blog has been getting lately. My one girl friend from junior high, who I haven’t seen since, has been following, commenting, and using it as inspiration to get her motivated. Reading her comments makes me SO happy. If I can get one person off the couch and running, my work here is done (don’t worry…I’m not going anywhere). I’ll be posting my long run playlist on Monday. I’ve got some new tunes to throw at ya!
