Good morning! HAPPY MOVEMBER! I’m still coming down from my Halloween sugar high, just in time to greet Friday with a big ol smile. Today is THE day, you guys! I get the keys to my new house. I won’t officially be moving in until next Friday, but I’m just way too excited and will probably end up making trips every day from now until then. I already have my post-move celebration in mind: Sabrina’s and champagne. Mmmmmmm yes.
It’s been a hell of a week. There were a couple of moments were I thought I was going to make it (dramatic I know). This coming week will be my last week of training before I start to taper, so the next two long runs are crucial. Here’s what my training looked like this week:
- Monday: AM circuit training+PM 5 miler
- Tuesday: 45 minute tempo
- Wednesday: 5 miler
- Thursday: 3 miler
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: 11 miles
- Sunday: Yoga+Strength training
