Hey there Friday! When did ya sneak up on me?! This week went surprisingly fast, but I’m not gonna lie-it was super freakin painful. It took me a lot longer to recover from Sunday that I thought it would. I was still wobbling around on Wednesday. But now that I’m back to being 100%, I’m ready to start kicking my ass into gear again. Here’s my recovery week workout schedule:
- Monday-90 minute hot yoga class
- Tuesday-30 minute tempo run
- Wednesday-60 minute yoga class
- Saturday-6 mile run
- Sunday-60 minute yoga class
I know I said that I was working on a new training plan, but that took a back seat because of a little happy hour action on Wednesday night. I must say, chardonnay sure helps sore muscles. I have some really exciting news to share with you guys about a project I’m going to be involved with soon. I’m waiting to get a little more detail from Melissa, the woman I’ll be working with, before spilling the beans. All I can say is that I’m excited, but also kinda scared and nervous about how everyone is going to react. Stay tuned!
