I’M BAAACCCKKK! After two days of solid workouts, I finally feel like I’m back to my old self. And let me tell you-it feels goooooood! I can’t wait to run again tonight. My run felt great on Monday, but afterwards was a little rough. My nose wasn’t stuffy anymore, but my cough was way worse. It felt like the cold made my lungs bleed. I’m waiting to run more this weekend, since it will be warmer. The forecast called for a high of 60 degrees on Sunday. What the French, toast?
I know I keep saying this, but I’m so excited for Christmas. But between the work and family holiday parties, my diet has been totally out of whack. Now that I’m back to doing double days, I’m not nearly as worried about my love handles getting some extra love. I’m thinking that another post-holiday cleanse is in order. I used Blue Print over the summer and it was awesome, so I’ll be stocking up on that after the new year arrives.
Yoga this morning got me in the right mindset for the long day ahead of me. Meetings on meetings on meetings. The final push before everyone disappears for the holiday. Happy hump day!
