Happy Friday! I’m in such a daze from the holiday falling in the middle of the week. I woke up and had no idea what day it even was. But at least I get to work from home, so I can sleep in AND get in a morning run. What more could a girl ask for? Our first Christmas in Philly was definitely a success. We spent the day relaxing, watching movies, eating and drinking, and spending time together as a family. A part of us really missed being around my mom’s family, but we’ll be celebrating Christmas with them this weekend. Two Christmases are definitely better than one!
Now that all the cookies have been eaten and the wine bottles are empty, I’m in detox mode from now until New Year’s Eve. No drinking, double days, and lots of clean eating. The New Year’s Eve outfit options have arrived and I’m getting so excited! I can’t wait to share my plans with you!
Today was leg day and I absolutely killed my calves with this circuit:
- 4 sets of 10 reps of calf raises
- 4 sets of 10 reps of lunges
- 4 sets of 10 reps of leg press
- 4 sets of 10 reps of quad extensions
- 4 sets of 10 reps of squats
- 4 sets of 8 Burpees
