Happy Friday babies! This week seemed to drag on for like ever and I can’t wait to kick off the weekend right this second. I’m sticking around and spending time with my Philly loves since I feel like I’ve been cheating on them with the Lower East Siders lately. I’m feeling a mani-pedi tonight and a serious sweat session tomorrow morning.
Here’s my training from this week:
- Monday: Spin class+upper body weights
- Tuesday: 5.3 mile run
- Wednesday: 4 mile run+lower body weights
- Thursday: Total body circuits
- Friday: 3 mile run+lower body weights
- Saturday: Back to back spin class+upper body weights
- Sunday: Yoga+4 mile run
