Hello 2015! So far, we’re off to a great start. New Year’s Eve in NYC was absolutely amazing. If the rest of the year is anything like the last day of 2014, I’m going to be one happy girl. As I was running yesterday, I got to thinking about how 2014 had a lot of ups and downs. But I think I learned more about myself and the things I need and want in life than any other year before. I’m glad to see 2014 end and a fresh new beginning start. This year is already looking promising, with lots of traveling and running planned. I’ve got company coming in this weekend, so I’m pumped to take him around to all my favorite Philly spots, and maybe do a little sight-seeing.
Here’s what my training log from this week looks like:
- Monday: 7-mile run
- Tuesday: 3-mile run+abs
- Wednesday: 4-mile run
- Thursday: 4xhills (3.4 miles)
- Friday: 35 minute fartlek run (4.3 miles)+upper body circuits
- Saturday: 3-mile run
- Sunday: Rest
