IMG_0179Happy Friday loves! It’s been a crazy busy at work and I’m so excited to put my feet up after work and eat my body weight in sushi. Restaurant Week on Tuesday was amazing, and I’m totally fine with my diet going to hell for the next week. I figure…I run for a reason right?

Speaking of running…here’s what my training looked like from this week:

  • Monday: AM full strength training+PM spin class
  • Tuesday: AM 3-mile run
  • Wednesday: AM 5-mile run+PM full body strength training
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: AM 40-minute tempo run
  • Saturday: 9-mile run
  • Sunday: 3-mile run

I hope yas have something fun planned for the weekend. The weather on this side of the sun is supposed to be beautiful 🙂
