No truer words have ever been spoken. This morning I woke up, belly still kind of full of pasta from the final stop of Restaurant Week: Mercato. After the past week or so of restaurant week shenanigans, I’m going to be doing a pretty serious detox to get myself back on track.
Here’s what my training log looks like from the week:
- Monday: AM bootcamp+PM spin class
- Tuesday: 3-mile run
- Wednesday: 6-mile run
- Thursday: Rest
- Friday: 6-mile run
- Saturday: 11-mile run
- Sunday: 3-miler+yoga
This is the first weekend in a long time that I have zero plans and I couldn’t be more excited. Cheers loves!
