Happy Friday, my loves! I was swamped this week at work so this post is going to be short and sweet. I’ve got the Philly 10k on Sunday and I’m SO pumped.

Here’s what my training log looked like from the week:IMG_0423

  • Monday: Rest
  • Tuesday: AM 3-mile run+PM full body circuits
  • Wednesday: 5-mile run
  • Thursday: AM 3-mile run+PM full body circuits
  • Friday: 9-mile run
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Philly 10k

Cheers to the weekend. Hope everyone has some fun plans ahead 🙂
