IMG_1674Happy Friday loves! We have all officially made it through the week, and the best two days are ahead of us. Tonight, I’m going out for AYCES (all-you-can-eat-sushi) with my work peeps and tomorrow morning, post-run, I’m headed to New York City. There’s a long overdue date night ahead of me and I can’t wait.

Here’s what my training log looks like for the week:

  • Monday: 3-mile recovery run
  • Tuesday: 6x hill repeats+Nike Training Club
  • Wednesday: 50-minute tempo
  • Thursday: 3-mile run
  • Friday: Nike Training Club
  • Saturday: 90-minute long run
  • Sunday: Flywheel
