We Do Us

IMG_2759And just like that, another summer has come and gone (just as I finally got my bikini body on point). This summer was one for the books. From Texas to Marco Island, NYC to Franklin County, I don’t think I remember a weekend that wasn’t well spent. But, I’m ready for fall and the adventures that it will bring. Lots of fun weekends planned, and of course, marathon number two!

Here’s what week 6 of training looked like:

  • Monday: 8-mile intervals (2-mile warm up, 8x400s, 2-mile cool down)
  • Tuesday: 3-mile run+Nike Training Club
  • Wednesday: 3-mile run
  • Thursday: Nike Training Club
  • Friday: 10-mile run (5-mile easy, 2-miles at 8:00 pace, 3-mile cool down)
  • Saturday: 4-miles easy
  • Sunday: 4-miles hills (hello Central Park!)

I hope you all are wrapping up the summer in best way possible: sun, shandy, and snuggs 🙂
