Alright, so maybe I’m a little late with the summer send off. But this week was crazy busy, even with it being a work day short. Oh and also it’s still a million effing degrees in Philly. Like the (almost) hottest that it’s been all summer. So as far as I’m concerned, it ain’t over till it’s over. And for now that means toughing out 16 miles in some hot ass temps.
Week 7 wrapped up here:
- Monday: 3-mile run
- Tuesday: 9 miles of intervals (2-mile WU, 1×400, 1×800, 1×1600, 1×800, 1×1600, 2-mile CD)
- Wednesday: 4-mile run+upper body weights
- Thursday: 4-mile hills+lower body weights
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: 16-mile LSD
- Sunday: 9/11 Heroes Run (5K)
